Peter Hoghton (also known as Bob) is located in Palma on the island of Majorca and is authorised to perform a wide range of coding services on many different materials and vessel types.

Peter is authorised to carry out coding surveys on GRP, Steel & Alloy and Wood vessels as well as RIBs too.

Stability:
Peter is authorised to carry out simple heel tests, to perform inclining experiments and check draughts against stability information booklets
